nightmare! I ordered with company 1/16. I ordered acrylic for the backing not cardboard. shipping times were told one thing and consistently changed. product showed shipped 2/13 (2 days before the guaranteed or 10% off and then did not update until 2/25) and received 2/7. upon opening item I received cardboard instead of acrylic. supplier stated that cardboard was just as good and cost the same as the acrylic which before stated acrylic was heavier so cost more. I used the machine today for first time resulting in it jamming and my husband had to take it apart to get it unjammed. I have not tried product again. I would love for the company to make it right and ship the acrylic but as of now I leave a 1 star review. it’s been a nightmare. I’ll retry again when I have more time incase it jams again.
